When you work with Corti Construction, you are partnering with a professional, hard-working, and ethical contractor. We stay up to date with the latest industry trends and safety standards, and communicate with our team and yours to ensure we are delivering what we have promised to our clients. As a subcontractor, we hold your company to the same standards we do for our own employees. That means addressing and solving problems, sourcing materials, teamwork with our project managers and your team, building a business relationship, and most important of all, safety.
Security & Safety
Our safety program is designed to preserve our most important asset - the people. We are as dedicated to safety in the workplace as you are for your employees. To provide a safe workplace, we observe and comply with all state and federal health and safety requirements. We go above and beyond what is required, and ask you to do the same.
As a Subcontractor, you may be asked to work in high security areas. We may ask, and in many cases are required, to have anyone working in these areas to be cleared for work based on client standards of security clearance. Without this clearance, you will be unable to work on these projects.
Safety and security are our top priorities. If at any time there is a breach that compromises the team, we have processes in place to ensure change happens immediately. People and safety are our top priorities.
Relationship Building
We want to build relationships with subcontractors who have similar values and ethics. As challenges arise, and we all know they do, we want to have a team of employees and subcontractors who can work together to resolve the issue.
We intentionally chose the name because the corti is the organ of the inner ear that is the receptor for hearing. Our spiral logo represents our dedication to our culture of listening to each other and to you.
